摘要 为了考察不同卷烟机对卷烟烟气成分稳定性的影响,选取了protos70、90、M5等3种卷烟机各5台,研究了相同生产条件下不同卷烟机所生产卷烟的焦油、烟气烟碱和一氧化碳量的差异性,并对检测结果进行了统计分析和t检验。结果表明,同机型卷烟机的3项指标均为protos90>protos70>protos M5,且不同机型的机台间极差大于相同机型的机台间极差。t检验表明,protos90与protos M5间的差异最大,三项指标的差异性均为极显著;其次是protos90与protos70,焦油量的差异性为显著,烟气烟碱量的差异性为极显著;protos70与protos M5间的差异最小,只有烟气烟碱量的差异性为极显著。因此,利用多机型、机台卷烟机生产同牌号卷烟时,机型是影响烟气成分稳定性的重要因素。 Three types of cigarette machines,the protos70,90,M5,five units from each types respectively wre selected in order to study the effects of cigarette machines on the stability of smoke components,and the difference of the tar,nicotine and CO in the same grade of cigarettes produced by different types of cigarette machine under the same production conditions. The statistical analysis and t-test were used to analyze the results. Descriptive statistics showed that the average of the three indexes of the same type cigarette machine are protos 90 protos 70 protos M5,and the range of the different machines is larger than the same machines. T-test results showed that the difference between protos 90 and protos M5 is the biggest,and the three indexes of the two types is very significant. Followed by protos 90 and protos70,the difference between the tar was significant,the amount of nicotine difference was extremely significant. The difference between protos70 and protos M5 was the smallest,and only the difference was significant. In summary,the use of multi-type and plant cigarette machine to produce the same brand of cigarettes,the type is an important factor affecting the stability of smoke components.
