探析电解法脱除变换冷凝液中的氯离子 被引量:4

摘要 以煤为原料的合成氨变换冷凝液中含有氯离子,并对设备产生严重的腐蚀。探讨了电解法去除变换冷凝液中氯离子的原理及使用效果,结果表明,电解法能减少氯离子对设备的腐蚀。 Chloride ions contained in the shift reaction condensate by using coal as the raw material in the ammonia plant could cause serious corrosion to the equipment. The principle and effects of removal of chloride ions in the shift reaction condensate by electrolytic process were studied in this paper. The results showed that the corrosion of the equipment caused by chlorine ions could be reduced by electrolytic process.
