摘要
针对现有抬升式堆垛机堆垛前需进行板材整理和候料的需求,研制出一种支持多规格板材无动力单侧对齐储料装置,该装置可实时检测储料区板材容量,进而对进料装置与堆垛机的运行进行反馈控制。介绍了该装置的机械结构与反馈控制系统的设计与实现方法,通过对运动板材进行运动学及动力学分析并利用LINGO软件进行求解,得出导轨倾角参数的适用区间与最优值。通过ADAMS软件的动力学仿真分析及实体样机的多组测试试验,验证了理论分析结果的正确性。
In view of the demand for plate arrangement and material awaiting before stacking by existing lifting-type stacking equipment,a power-free unilateral plate alignment device supporting plate of multiple sizes is developed.This device can realize real-time inspection of panel capacity in the material storage area,thereby conducting feedback control of feeding device and stacker operation. The mechanical structure of this device and the design and realization methods of its feedback control are introduced. Through the kinematic and dynamic analysis of the moving plate and the use of LINGO software for solution,the applicable interval and the optimal value of the inclination angle of the guide rail are obtained. Through the dynamic simulation analysis of ADAMS software and the multi-group testing of physical prototypes,the correctness of the theoretical analysis results is verified.
