摘要 为了解决汽车发动机涡轮增压器常见的Hiss噪声问题,该文通过分析Hiss噪声的产生原理及原因,提出了在增压器出口处增加消声器的方案,并通过CAE软件仿真、实车客观试验及实车主观评价验证了方案的合理性和有效性,为涡轮增压器Hiss噪声及后续相关问题的改进、优化及解决提供参考和指导。 To solve the problem of Hiss noise of vehicle engine turbocharger, in this paper, placing a muffler in the outlet of turbocharger is introduced by analyzing the root cause of Hiss noise, at the same time by CAE simulation software, real vehicle test and subjective evaluation, the reasonability and effectiveness of this scheme is verified. This scheme can provide reference and guidance to solve the problem of turbocharger Hiss noise for the later relevant issues which need to improve and optimize.
