摘要
衣物上常见的淀粉类污垢有巧克力、土豆泥、面条、粥等,加入淀粉酶的洗衣液对去除这类污垢效果良好;另外织物表面因多次洗涤而在主纤维上出现微毛和小绒球,纤维素酶可将主纤维上的微毛和绒球除去,从而使主纤维变得光滑柔软,并具有增白效果.本实验选取革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌的两种代表菌(藤黄八叠球菌和大肠杆菌),通过牛津杯法测定消毒型洗衣液对上述两种菌的抑菌效果.结果显示,该消毒型洗衣液对藤黄八叠球菌(革兰氏阳性菌)有抑菌效果,而对大肠杆菌(革兰氏阴性菌)无抑菌作用.同时,以中温淀粉酶和中温纤维素酶样品作为研究对象,通过DNS法测定加入洗衣液前后相应酶的活力,结果显示加入1%洗衣液后淀粉酶的活力降低32.8%,纤维素酶的活力降低5.4%,这说明消毒型洗衣液中的成分对上述两种酶的活力有一定的影响,从而影响酶在洗涤方面的应用.
For the common starchy dirt( chocolate,mashed potatoes,noodles and porridge) on clothing,laundry detergent which contains amylase can remove dirt effectively. While micro-hair and small pompon appear on the main fibers due to repeated washing of the fabric surface,the cellulase in laundry detergent can remove micro-hair and small pompon on the primary fibers,then,the main fibers become smooth and soft,while it has whitening effect. In this study,two representatives of Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria( Sarcina lutea and Escherichia coli) were selected,antibacterial effect for the two-type bacteria of disinfection type of laundry detergent was determined by using Oxford cup method,the results showed that the disinfectant type of laundry detergent had antibacterial effects on Sarcina lutea( Gram-positive bacteria),however no inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli( Gram-negative bacteria). Besides,the mesophilic amylase and cellulase samples were applied for the research,the impact of enzyme activities of two enzymes generated by adding laundry detergent was determined by DNS colorimetry assay. It turned out that enzyme activities of the mesophilic amylase and cellulase reduced 32. 8% and 5. 4% after adding one percent of laundry detergent,respectively. The conclusions of the study showed that compositions of disinfectant laundry detergent had certain effects on the enzyme activities of amylase and cellulase in detergent industry.
