不同有机酸对磷酸三钙溶解能力的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为研究不同有机酸对磷酸三钙的溶解作用,将草酸等10种有机酸施加到磷酸三钙无机磷培养基中培养6 d,测定培养基中速效磷的含量,并对溶解磷酸三钙能力较强的5种有机酸进行正交试验,进一步比较研究其解磷能力。试验结果表明,这10种有机酸都可以促进磷酸三钙的溶解,但它们的溶磷能力却有显著差异。其中草酸、酒石酸、丙酮酸、乳酸及乙酸等5种有机酸溶磷能力较强,苹果酸、α-戊二酸的溶磷能力较弱,丙酸、富马酸、柠檬酸溶解磷酸三钙的能力最弱。对5种溶磷能力较强的有机酸进行正交试验结果表明,它们溶解磷酸三钙的能力由强到弱依次是:酒石酸、丙酮酸、乳酸、草酸、乙酸。 In order to study the effects of different organic acids on the dissolution of calcium phosphate,oxalate and other 10 organic acids were applied to calcium phosphate inorganic phosphorus culture medium for6 d,the available phosphorus content in medium was determined and orthogonal experiments were carried out on 5 organic acids with strong ability to dissolve tricalcium phosphate.The results showed that all the 10 organic acids could promote the dissolution of tricalcium phosphate,but their ability to dissolve phosphate was significantly different.Five organic acids,including oxalic acid,tartaric acid,pyruvic acid,lactic acid and acetic acid had the strongest ability to dissolve phosphorus.The ability of malic acid and alpha glutaric acid was weak,and that of propionic acid,fumaric acid and citric acid was the weakest.The results of orthogonal tests on the 5 organic acids with strong ability to dissolve phosphorus showed that their ability to dissolve tricalcium phosphate was in the order: tartaric acid〉pyruvate〉lactic acid〉oxalic acid〉acetic acid.
