麦饭石对复合污染土壤Cu、Cd的修复 被引量:2

摘要 采用黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)为指示生物,以天然麦饭石(NM)和麦饭石包膜肥(CM)为污染土壤钝化剂,探讨两者对污染土壤Cu、Cd的钝化效果。结果表明:施用麦饭石钝化剂后,土壤Cu、Cd的活性降低,钝化后土壤弱酸提取态Cu由37.36%分别下降至15.07%和17.72%,弱酸提取态Cd由30.44%分别下降至26.27%和27.78%。黑麦草的生物量、叶绿素含量和根系活力等指标均能准确地指示天然麦饭石(NM)和麦饭石包膜肥(CM)对污染土壤的修复效果。天然麦饭石(NM)和麦饭石包膜肥(CM)对污染土壤Cu、Cd形态的影响差异不大,但对土壤脲酶和酸性磷酸酶活性的影响存在显著差异。 The effects of natural maifanite( NM) and coated carbamide with maifanite( CM) on the stabilization of copper and cadmium in contaminated soil were probed by means of ryegrass( Lolium perenne L.) pot experiment.The results indicated that the fraction of soil copper,cadmium in acid-soluble fraction changed to the fraction in residue after the application of maifanites.The percentage of acid-soluble fraction Cu decreased from 37.36% to 15. 07% and 17. 72% respectively after using NM and CM,while the percentage of Cd from30.44% to 26.27% and 27. 78%. The biomass,chlorophyll content and root vigor of ryegrass( Lolium perenne L.) could indicate the effects of the tested materials accurately. On the other hand,there was no significant difference between NM and MM in their effects on the transfer of copper and cadmium in contaminated soil,but there were significant differences in their effects on the activity of soil urease and acid phosphatase.
