Efficient management of experiment reports is a tough work for teachers in colleges and universities.To settle this problem,the researcher constructs a system that supports online management of experiment reports and optimizes its performance. The technological problems such as online browsing of documents and high concurrency supports are solved in this system. The operation result shows that this system has the merits of stability,efficiency and safety. Furthermore,the waste of paper is avoided and the efficiency of experiment reports management is actually improved.
