响应面设计优化霍山石斛超细粉体的制备工艺 被引量:3

摘要 通过比较不同粒径霍山石斛超细粉的物理性质,在单因素实验的基础上,以霍山石斛超细粉得率为考察指标进行3因素(进料目数、磨介数量、粉碎时间)3水平的响应面实验设计,通过Design Expert 8.0.6软件进行响应面优化。结果表明,在实验范围内,不同粒径霍山石斛超细粉体的持水力、膨胀力、溶解性及多糖溶出率均显著提高,但润湿性呈下降趋势。优化后的霍山石斛超细粉体得率的最佳工艺参数为:霍山石斛粉进料目数220目,磨介数量60%,粉碎时间5min,霍山石斛细粉得率可达95.74%。霍山石斛超细粉可广泛应用于保健食品和药品行业,有利于提高其利用范围。 To compare the physical properties of Ultrafine Dendrobium huoshanense Powder were studied at dgranularity. Based on the single factor tests the response surface of the three levels and three factors that are Ultrafine Dendrobium huoshanense powder,the number of materials, the number of grinding, the amount of grinding time,The Design Expert 8. 0. 6 software Response surface optimization, The results showed that Ultrafine comminution increased the water -holding ability, expansibility, solubility and dissolution rate of polysaccharide of Dendrobium huoshanense Powder, butwettability is declining. The optimized processing conditions are amount of feed mesh 220 mesh of Dendrobium huoshanensepowder,the number of medium grind of 60% and grinding time 5min, the yield of uitrafine Dendrobium huoshanense powder was up to 95. 74%. Uitrafine Dendrobium huoshanense powder was widely used health food and pharmaceutical inimprove the higher bioavailability.
