校企协同培养制药行业应用型人才的研究

A Study of Training Applied Personnel in Pharmaceutical Industry through University-enterprise Cooperation

校企协同是培养制药行业应用型人才的重要途径。成立校企协同领导小组、校企共同制定人才培育方案、共建教学团队、共建人才培养基地与创新平台、优化教学内容、加强实践教学和现场教学等措施,有利于提高学生的创新能力、就业率、教师的业务水平和企业竞争力。要深化校企协同,政府、高校、教师和学生都需进一步努力,为企业发展提供更多利好。

University-enterprise cooperation is an important way to train applied personnel in pharmaceutical industry.Establishing university-enterprise collaborative leadership group, jointly drawing up talent training programs, jointly developing teaching teams, jointly building training bases and innovation platforms, optimizing teaching contents, strengthening practical teaching and on-site teaching and so on, are essential measures to improve the students＇ innovation ability, the graduates＇ employment rate, the teachers＇ professional level, and the enterprises＇ competitiveness. To deepen the university-enterprise collaboration,all parties concerned,including the local authority,universities,teachers and students,need to make further efforts to achieve better development for the enterprises.
