“互联网+”背景下电子商务发展问题及对策研究

On Problems and Countermeasures of E-commerce Development under the Background of “Internet Plus”

"互联网+"背景下,电商以成本低、效率高、交易双方信息较为对称等优势逐渐显现,中国电商的增长势头十分强劲,特别是"互联网+农村"的经济模式使得众多"淘宝村"纷纷兴起,为浙江省经济转型提供了强大助力。但是电商的供应商、交易平台以及配套服务体系等仍存在问题,在一定程度上影响了电子商务的发展。以浙江为例,由于位于发达的沿海经济带,企业云集,产业转型升级迅速,电商数量日益增加,通过互联网交易的规模不断扩大,并且有政府的政策支持,发展状况较为良好,但仍存在许多问题,亟待解决。

Under the background of'Internet Plus',the electricity supplier is gradually showing its advantages such as low cost,high efficiency,symmetrical information of both sides of the transaction,the growth momentum of China's electricity supplier is very strong,in particular,the'Internet rural'economic model makes many'Taobao village'have sprung up,which provides a powerful boost for the economic transformation of Zhejiang Province.However,there are still some problems,such as suppliers,trading platform and supporting service system,which affect the development of e-commerce to a certain extent.Taking Zhejiang as an example,because it is located in the developed coastal economic belt,enterprises gathered,industrial restructuring and upgrading rapidly,the number of electricity suppliers is increasing,the scale of Internet transactions continues to expand,and there exist government policy support,the development of the situation is relatively good,but there are still many problems to be solved.
