The Application Mechanism of PDCA Cycle Management in Continuous Nursing Quality Improvement

目的探讨PDCA循环管理模式在护理质量持续改进中的应用机制。方法运用PDCA循环管理模式分析影响临床护理质量偏低的因素,并以此制定相应的整改措施及效果评价。结果通过采用PDCA循环管理在护理质量中实施后,患者满意率及各项护理质量合格率相比于之前,均存在明显提升。结论针对护士护理质量的提升及落实,PDCA循环管理乃是一种更为有效的管理方法。

Objective To explore the application mechanism of PDCA cycle management model in continuous nursing quality improvement. Methods To apply PDCA cycle management model to analyze the factors influencing the relatively low clinical nursing quality, and to formulate corresponding corrective measures and effect evaluation.Results Patients＇ satisfaction rate and the qualification rate of nursing quality are significantly improved after the implementation of PDCA cycle management.Conclusion PDCA cycle management is a more effective management method for the improvement and implementation of nurses＇ nursing quality.
