摘要
为了满足提高大学生创新实践能力的需求,提出一种离网型太阳能光伏单相逆变器的设计方案,阐述了所设计逆变器电路的工作原理,采用SG3525芯片进行SPWM调制技术,实现220V/50Hz单相交流电输出,并研制一台离网型光伏单相逆变器并对其进行了实验研究,提高了学生综合实践能力。理论分析与实验结果表明:所提出的离网型太阳能光伏单相逆变器的设计方案是可行的。
A design of stand-alone single-phase solar photovoltaic inverter is proposed in order to satisfy the requirement of experiment for students,the principle of inverter circuit is expounded. The SPWM modulation technique is carried out by SG3525 chip and the output of 220v/50Hz single-phase AC electricity is completed. A prototype of stand-alone single-phase micro-solar photovoltaic inverter is developed. The theoretical and experimental results show that the designed stand-alone single-phase photovoltaic inverter is reliable,and the practical ability of students can be improved.
