摘要
WK-10B型电铲支座在工作过程中故障频发,且使用寿命较短,维修或者更换的成本高。为了提高其使用寿命,从材料和结构两方面,提出一系列改进措施。实践证明,改进效果较好,支座寿命显著提高。
There are repeatedly faults for the chassis of excavator WK-10B,so they lead to short service life and high maintenance cost. In order to improve its service life,a series of improvement measures are put forward from two aspects of material and structure.Practice has proved that the effect of improvement is available,and the service life of the bearing is remarkably improved.
