基于案例的“翻转课堂”在肾脏病临床实习教学中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的在肾脏病学临床实习教学过程中,在案例教学的基础上使用"翻转课堂"教学法,以期调动学生学习的主动性,提高教学质量。方法选取南京医科大学临床医学专业学生进行教学,对采用传统教学方法的对照组和采用案例教学法与"翻转课堂"相结合的实验组学生进行考核及问卷调查,对教学效果进行评价。结果通过改良后的教学方法,学生的学习兴趣、病例分析能力、临床思维能力和自学能力均有明显提高,较传统教学法有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论基于案例教学的"翻转课堂"教学方法有助于学生对临床知识重点的理解,自学能力提高,有益于学生学习习惯的养成,较传统教学方法具有明显的教学优势,可在肾脏病学临床教学过程中进行推广。 Objective To investigate the improving effects of case-based flipped classroom on the clinical practice teaching of nephrology.Method During the practice teaching of nephrology,students from Nanjing Medical University were divided into two groups.The case-based flipped classroom was taken in the teaching of nephrology for trial group,and the traditional method teaching was taken for contrast group.Then we evaluated the teaching effects of the two groups by means of examinations and questionnaires.The results were analyzed statistically.Results Case-based flipped classroom was superior to traditional method in helping the students to improve their learning interest and to cultivate their ability to case analysis,clinical thinking and self-study.Comparing teaching results of the two groups,it also showed a significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Case-based flipped classroom has better teaching effect than traditional method,which is worth to be applicated in the clinical practice teaching of nephrology.
