摘要
目的探讨在基础医学课程器官系统整合课程模式中如何有机地融入传统生理学课程的教学内容。方法以器官系统整合课程模式设置课改班,与常规班比较,观察评价的指标主要有教师对PBL的评价、学生基础医学七科联考成绩、学生问卷调查结果等。结果教师对学生PBL评价在"发言的针对性"和"提高综合能力"两方面评价有统计意义(P<0.05);课改班基础医学七科联考成绩差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论基础医学课程器官系统整合课程模式有利于提升学生知识的应用和分析解决问题的能力,也能提高学生学习生理学的学习兴趣,但对于应试能力的培养效果不明显。
Objective To investigate how to be more reasonable to arrange teaching content of traditional physiology course in organ-system based basic medical curriculum integration mode. Methods We compared experimental class which adopting organ-system based curriculum integration mode with conventional class. Main evaluation index included teachers' evaluation on PBL,students' scores in seven subjects examination for basic medicine,and the results of student questionnaire,etc. Results In teachers' evaluation on PBL,two aspects evaluation of"Pertinence of speech" and the"Improve comprehensive ability"had statistical significance(P0.05);Examination results of seven subjects had no statistically significant difference(P0.05)in experimental class. Conclusions Organ-system based basic medical curriculum integration mode is helpful to improve students' ability to analyze and solve problems,and application of knowledge ability,and it can also enhance the students' interest in learning physiology.However,its effect on obtaining examination skills is not obvious.
