摘要
住房公积金制度作为城镇住房保障体系的重要组成部分,是我国住房制度改革的重要内容和中心环节,是社会主义市场经济下改善城镇居民住房条件的有效途径。论文基于审计视角对目前我国住房公积金制度及管理实践中存在的问题,提出了一些自己的看法。
As an important part of urban housing security system,housing provident fund system is an important and central part of China's housing system reform.It is an effective way to improve the housing conditions of urban residents under the socialist market economy.Based on the audit perspective,this paper puts forward some opinions on the existing problems of housing provident fund system and management practice in China.
