水利工程管理单位在固定资产的使用和管理中存在许多问题。论文在分析存在的问题的基础上,提出水管单位必须加强制度建设和业务人员的管理,实现对水管单位固定资产的有效管理,提高固定资产的使用效益,保障固定资产的安全和完整。

There has been various problems in the use and management of fixed assets at the management unit of water conservancy project.This paper intends to analyze these problems and put forward that the water management unit must strengthen the system construction and the management of the business personnel,realize the effective management of the fixed assets of the water management units,improve the efficiency use of fixed assets and ensure the safety and integrity of the fixed assets.
