摘要 以自制多元羧酸整理剂(PCFA)为抗皱整理剂,通过单因素实验,研究了棉织物的抗皱整理工艺,考察了PCFA质量浓度、催化剂质量浓度、焙烘温度和焙烘时间对棉织物相关性能的影响,确定了整理工艺条件:PCFA质量浓度120 g/L,催化剂质量浓度40 g/L,焙烘温度170℃,焙烘时间6 min,经抗皱整理后,棉织物的折皱回复角为254°,白度80.4,强降率为39.28%. Using self-made Polycarboxylic Finishing Agent(PCFA) as crease resistant finishing agent,the anti-crease finishing processes of cotton fabric were researched by single factor experiment.The effects of mass concentration of PCFA,mass concentration of catalyst,baking temperature and baking time on properties of cotton fabric were studied,the results showed that the optimum anti-crease finishing processes conditions were as follows:mass concentration of PCFA 120 g/L,mass concentration of catalyst 40 g/L,baking temperature170 ℃ and baking time 6 min.After anti-crease finishing,the crease recovery angle of cotton fabric was 254°,whiteness 80.4,and strength loss rate 39.28%.
