基于国产3B代码快走丝机床的NX10后处理器的研制

对国产3B代码线切割机床进行研究,在详述NX10后处理技术的基础上,制作了支持3B代码的专用后处理器,在国产快走丝机床上验证专用后处理器的准确性和可靠性.通过实验证明:专用后处理器在实际的加工中可以实现快走丝加工的精度,缩短编程的时间,实现NX建模与3B代码加工的无缝连接,具备良好的实用价值.

In this paper,3B code wire electrical discharge machining was studied.Based on expatiating NX10 post-processing technology,special post processor production support 3B code was made,verifying the accuracy and reliability of the processor in the domestic special after wire machine.The experimental results show that the special postprocessor can realize the fast machining accuracy,shorten the programming time,and realize the seamless connection between NX modeling and 3B code processing.It has good practical value.
