示踪剂技术用于废弃食用油脂快速检测与鉴别 被引量:1

摘要 建立荧光分光光度法和高效液相色谱-荧光检测法快速测定废弃食用油脂中示踪剂罗丹明B的方法。将添加了示踪剂罗丹明B的油样用无水乙醇提取后,分别采用荧光分光光度计和高效液相色谱-荧光检测器进行检测。结果表明,采用两种方法检测时,罗丹明B在0.5μg/L^30μg/L浓度范围内均呈良好的线性关系;检出限均为1μg/kg;在10、50、100μg/kg添加水平时,均能有效测定出示踪剂含量,两种方法均适用于食用油中非法添加废弃食用油脂的确证。本研究建立的基于示踪技术的废弃食用油脂快速检测手段和方法,可有效防止废弃食用油脂回流餐桌,确保我国食用油的安全使用,同时也为废弃食用油脂的监管提供新的思路与依据。 To develop fluorescence spectrophotometry and liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector methods for quick determination of tracer agent Rhodamine B in processed products from waste cooking oil. The oil samples with tracer agent Rhodamine B were extracted with anhydrous ethanol, and then use fluorescence spectrophotometry and liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector methods to determine and analyze the processed extract respectively. The result showed that these two methods had a good linearity over the range of 0.5 μg/L-30 μg/L and the limit of quantification(LOQ) were 1 μg/kg. Beside that ,the average contents detected at three spiked levels(10,50,100 μg/kg) were valid. Both methods can be applied to estimate adding condition of processed product from waste cooking oil in edible oil. This research based on the tracer technique in processed products from waste cooking oil for rapid detection means and methods, which can effectively prevent waste edible oil back to the table, ensure the safety of edible oil and provide new ideas and basis for regulation of waste cooking oil.
