新课改背景下地方高校英语师范生职业技能训练创新性实践研究——以泰州学院英语师范专业为例

A Study on Innovative Practice of Vocational Skill Training for English Normal College Students in Local Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Curriculum Reform——Based on English Teaching Major in Taizhou University

当今英语教学的新课程改革对基础教育英语教师的教育能力有了新的要求,因而加强高校英语师范生教学职业技能训练已成为地方高校师范专业的一个重要任务。在分析地方高校英语师范生教学职业技能的培养现状和师范生职业技能构成要素的基础上,对高校英语师范生职业技能培养模式进行研究,探讨高校英语师范生职业技能训练的有效实施策略,从而弥补和完善传统职业技能训练的不足。

The new curriculum reform of English teaching today has a new requirement for the education ability of basic education English teachers. Therefore, enhancing the training of vocational and technical skills of English normal teachers in colleges and universities has become an important task for teachers in local colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the culti-vation of vocational and technical skills of English normal students in local colleges and universities and the elements of vocational skillsin normal colleges and universities, this paper studies the vocational skills training mode of English normal teachers in Jiangsu Province,and discusses the effective training strategies of vocational and technical skills of English normal students in local colleges and universi-ties so as to make up for and improve deficiencies of the traditional training of vocational and technical skills.
