基于本土生态知识视域的精准扶贫研究——以武陵山区复合林业区扶贫实践的考察为中心

Understanding Local Ecological Knowledge Correctly will Bolster to Implement Targeted Poverty Alleviation——Taking the Compound Forestry Poverty Alleviation Practice in Wuling Mountain Area as an Example

近年来武陵山区精准扶贫工作,因未能按精准认识本土生态、把握地方历史、利用片区文化等方面要求施行,导致该地区脱贫受阻。要实现快速脱贫之关键,在于寻找致贫之根本原因。因此,利用本土生态知识的四大结构层次,找准致贫的本源根基,并依据民族生态、民族历史及民族文化制定帮扶措施,发展扶贫产业,增强本土文化自信。

Wuling Mountain area didn't follow the local ecology, grasp the local history and use the local culture in the recently activity of targeted poverty alleviation, so that it is difficult to bring people out of poverty. The key is to find out the root cause. In view of this,we should take advantage of the four levels of local ecological knowledge to find out the poverty causes and make appropriate support mea-sures. At the same time, it's necessary to develop the alleviate poverty industry and enhance self-confidence in the local culture.
