论幼教名师培养存在的问题与对策

摘要 幼教名师的培养培育对幼教事业的发展、幼儿教育质量具有重要作用和重大意义。为培养大批的幼教名师适应社会发展的需求,满足广大人民群众对高质量幼儿教育师资的热切期盼,必须加强顶层设计,为幼教名师的培养提供制度保障;努力完善人才培养方案,不断提高幼儿教师培养质量;着力构建职前职后一体化培养培训体系,不断提高幼儿教师培训实效。 The cultivation of qualified teachers on preschool education has great significance to the development of preschool education as well as to the quality of early childhood education. To cultivate a large number of qualified teachers for preschool education in orderto satisfy the social needs and public desires for high-qualified preschool teachers, it is necessary to take countermeasures to meet theserequirements, namely, to strengthen policy design at the top level, to provide policy guarantees for the training of preschool educationteacher, to work hard to make it clear the training plans and cultivation targets so as to constantly improve the training qualities of pre-school education teachers, and to make great efforts to establish pre-post service training system in order to improve the training effect ofpreschool teachers.
