摘要
以3-苯基-1H-吡唑-5-甲酸乙酯为原料,无水碳酸钾条件下,在乙腈溶液中分别与间溴苄溴、间氟苄溴、间硝基苄溴、对溴苄溴、对氟苄溴和对硝基苄溴发生亲核取代反应,得到6个1-苯甲基-3-苯基-1H-吡唑-5-甲酸乙酯衍生物。所有化合物的结构均经核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱、熔点等手段进行了表征,重点分析了目标化合物的核磁共振氢谱和红外光谱,初步研究了化合物的荧光光谱性质。
Six ethyl 1-benzyl-3-phenyl-1 H-pyrazole-5-carboxylate derivatives were obtained by the nucleophilic substitution reaction of the starting material of ethyl 3-phenyl-1 H-pyrazole-5-carboxylate in the presence of potassium carbonate with 3-bromobenzyl bromide,3-fluorobenzyl bromide,3-nitrobenzyl bromide,4-bromobenzyl bromide,4-fluorobenzyl bromide and 4-nitrobenzyl bromide in the acetonitrile solution,respectively.All the compounds were structurally characterized by ~1H NMR,IR and melt point.The ~1H NMR and IR spectrum of the products were mainly analyzed and the fluorescence spectrum were preliminarily investigated.
