摘要 高密度的Lu_2O_3:Eu陶瓷在X射线激发下可以观察出极强的红光发射,显示了该陶瓷在X射线探测成像领域有着巨大的应用前景;通过Gd共掺得到(Lu,Gd)_2O_3:Eu透明陶瓷可以改善Lu_2O_3:Eu透明闪烁陶瓷光谱性能,该文对两种陶瓷的多种性能进行对比,同时介绍了已经商用的(Y,Gd)_2O_3:Eu,Pr、GOS、GGG陶瓷的闪烁性能;阐述了单一组分的闪烁陶瓷性能单一,不能满足应用条件,多组分的闪烁陶瓷将会成为研究的热点。 A strong red emission peak was observed in Lu2O3: Eu transparent scintillation ceramic with high density under X-ray excitation.It was verified that Lu2O3: Eu transparent scintillation ceramic was a promising candidate material in X-ray detection imaging application.( Lu,Gd)2O3: Eu transparent scintillation ceramic was obtained via Gd2O3 doped Lu2O3.The result showed that the doped ceramics showed a ameliorative spectral property compared with Lu2O3: Eu transparent scintillation ceramics.The properties of Lu2O3: Eu and( Lu,Gd)2O3: Eu ceramics were investigated.The ceramics were commercialized applied,such as( Y,Gd)2O3: Eu,Pr,GOS,GGG scintillation ceramics,the scintillation properties of Lu2O3: Eu and( Lu,Gd)2O3: Eu ceramics were discussed.It was illuminated that the one-component scintillation ceramics with sole property may be not satisfied with requirement of current applications.Fabrication of multi-component scintillation ceramics with diversified properties will become a research focus.
