油膜法处理中低浓度氨氮废水的研究

摘要 以煤油作为乳化液的膜相,硫酸溶液作为乳化液的内相,将煤油、表面活性剂、硫酸溶液、膜增强剂等物质按照一定的比例混合,于3500 rad/min搅拌反应一段时间后,制得乳白色的油包水(W/O)型乳化液。通过考察废水pH,乳水比,反应时间,硫酸浓度,乳化油与硫酸溶液的比例等因素对中低浓度氨氮废水处理效果的影响,得出最佳的乳化液制备条件及较好氨氮处理效果下的反应条件。 Using kerosene as the membrane phase of emulsion,sulfuric acid solution as the internal phase of emulsion,the kerosene,surfactant,sulfuric acid solution,membrane enhanced agent were mixed with a certain proportion,stirring at 3500 rad/min after a period of time,milk white oil in water (W/O) emulsion was prepared.Through the investigation of wastewater pH,the ratio of emulsion and water,reaction time,concentration of sulfuric acid,the proportion of emulsified oil and sulfuric acid solution factors influence on the low concentration of ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment,the optimal preparation conditions of emulsion preparation and good treatment effect of ammonia nitrogen under the reaction conditions were discussed.
