摘要
氧氟沙星诱导金纳米粒子的快速团聚,使其在524 nm处吸收值降低,且吸收值的降低值与氧氟沙星的浓度呈正比,据此建立了测定氧氟沙星的新方法。对pH、表面活性剂、纳米金浓度以及反应温度和时间等实验条件进行了优化。在优化实验条件下,测定氧氟沙星的线性范围为1.0×10^(-6)~3.0×10^(-5)mo L/L,检出限为4.3×10^(-7)moL/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.1%(n=10)。方法用于氧氟沙星胶囊的测定,回收率在94.1%~98.5%。
A simple,rapid and highly sensitive spectrophotometric method was developed for determination of trace amounts of Ofloxacin.The aggregating of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) was caused by the presence of Ofloxacin and thus the absorbance value of 524 nm was changed,which was used as a basis for the quantitative determination of Ofloxacin.The effect of various experimental factors such as p H,surfactant,concentrations of Au NPs,reaction temperature and time were studied to optimize the reaction conditions.Under the optimum conditions,the calibration graphs were linear within the range of 1.0 × 10(-6)- 3.0 × 10(-5)mol/L and the detection limit was 4.3 × 10(-7) mol/L with relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.1% (n =10).The method was successfully applied to the determination of Ofloxacin in drug samples and the recovery was between 94.1% - 98.5%.
