调和法生产-35#车用柴油工业化应用

摘要 -35#车用柴油具有较低的凝固点,较适用于低温严寒地区。为满足市场需求,永坪炼油厂以精制柴油和精制航煤为原料,通过改变生产工艺、调整调和比例和小样化验分析等方法,确定最佳的调和方案,最终工业放大生产,产出符合GB19147-2016各项质量指标要求的-35#车用柴油。结果发现0#精制柴油具有一定的局限性,通过改变精制航煤添加比例无法满足-35#车用柴油对黏度、凝点等的要求,调整精制航煤和-20#精制柴油为1∶1的调和比例,可工业生产出符合标准的-35#车用柴油。 -35 # automobile diesel fuels have low freezing point,which are suitable for cold region.In order to meet the market demand,the best blending solution was determined by taking refined diesel oil and refined jet fuel as the raw materials,changing the production process and adjusting the blending ratio and sample analysis method by Yongping Refinery.Industry enlarged the production output of -35 # automobile diesel fuels,which met the requirements of the quality indexes of the GB 19147-2016.The results showed that 0# refined diesel oil had certain limitations.Changing the proportion of refined jet fuel could not meet the requirements of -35 # automobile diesel on the viscosity and solidifying point.Adjusting the refined jet fuel and -20# refined diesel to reconcile the proportion of 1 ∶ 1 could meet the standard of -35# automobile diesel.
