陕甘宁边区民主政治建设探析

Analysis on Democratic Political Construction in Shaan-Gan-Ning Border Region

为了争取民族的解放,动员广大民众投身抗日,1937年中共中央提出在陕甘宁边区实施民主政治。为此,中共陕甘宁边区委员会、中共陕甘宁边区中央局、中共西北中央局创造性地实践了毛泽东新民主主义理论,开展了新民主主义政治建设实践。在陕甘宁边区确立了普选制、参议会制度、民主协商制并实施了"三三"制政权建设。从而极大地争取和团结社会各阶层人士投入了抗日战争,建立了最广泛的抗日民族统一战线,保障了民族解放战争的胜利。它不仅推进了中国民主政治建设的进程,奠定了新民主主义共和国的民主政治基础,而且对我们今天实现中华民族伟大复兴大业也具有重要的借鉴意义。

In order to fight for the liberation of the people and encourage Chinese people to take part in the Anti-Japanese War,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the implementation of democratic politics in Shaan-GanNing Border Region in 1937. For this reason,the committee and the central office in the Shaan-Gan-Ning Border Region and the Northwest Central Bureau of the Communist Party of China made Mao Zedong's theory of New Democracy into practice creatively and carried out the practice of the New Democracy Theory. The system of universal suffrage,parliamentary system,democratic consultation system and "Three-Three"Democratic Politics Model were established in Shaan-Gan-Ning Border Region. Through all these activities,people in all stations of life were attracted and united to take part in the Anti-Japanese War,the most extensive anti-Japanese national united front was established and the victory of the national liberation war was guaranteed. It not only promoted the process of democratic political construction in China,and laid the democratic political foundation of the New Democratic Republic,but also had the great reference value for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
