摘要
高校教师岗前培训是提高新任教师专业素养,促进新任教师早日进入教师角色不可或缺的必要途径。当前由省级高校师资培训中心统一组织的高校新任教师岗前培训并不能很好地满足各高校对新任教师的现实要求,也不能满足新任教师对培训的个性化需求,而"校本化"岗前培训恰好是省级岗前培训的有益补充与进一步提升。本文基于C大学在"校本化"岗前培训中的探索与实践,从培训目标、培训内容、培训方式、培训评价四个方面对高校教师"校本化"岗前培训模式进行探索与研究,并对其实践进行了总结与反思。
The pre-service training of college teachers is a necessary way to improve the professional quality of new teachers and to promote the early entry of teachers into the teachers' role.At present,the pre-service training of the new teachers of colleges and universities is organized by the provincial teacher training center which is organized by the provincial level faculty training center,which cannot meet the realistic requirements of the new teachers and the individual teachers' demand for the new teachers.However,school-based pre-service training can well complement and promote provincial pre-service training.Based on the exploration and practice of C university,this paper explores and studies the school-based pre-service training mode from the aspects of training objectives,training contents,training methods and training evaluation,and finally summarizes and reflects on the practice.
