农村初入园幼儿适应对教师教育观念与行为意识的冲击——基于隔代教养的分歧 被引量:2

摘要 农村幼儿教师的教育观念与行为易受到各种因素的影响,而农村幼儿教育的一大特点就是"隔代教养"现象严重。基于此,本研究立足于农村幼儿教育,从隔代教养的视角出发探究其与幼儿教师教育观念与行为的相关性,以问卷调查法为主,以贵州省某个乡镇的6所幼儿园为研究点,抽取250名留守的小班幼儿家长作为研究对象,从幼儿年龄与性别、家长年龄与文化程度、家长教育观念与教育内容以及幼儿入园适应困难具体表现等方面着重研究隔代教养与初入园幼儿适应两者之间的关联性,分析得出幼儿入园适应时间长,会增加教师负担;幼儿入园不良行为,将导致教师教育观念与行为的差异;祖父辈育儿观念传统,与教师教育观念与行为产生分歧。并基于这些结论提出了相应的指导策略。 The educational concepts and behavior of rural kindergarten teachers are susceptible to various factors,and one of the characteristics of rural childhood education is grandparenting.On the basis of this,as well as from the perspective of grandparenting education,this paper explores the relationship with the concepts and behavior of kindergarten teachers education by questionnaires.Focusing on six kindergartens at a town in Guizhou Province,the study selects 250 parents of stay-at-home children as the research objects to analyze the relationship between the grandparenting and the children's adaptation to the kindergartens.The research covers the aspects of the age and gender of the young children,the age and education of the parents,the educational concept and educational contents of the parents,and the specific performance of the children's admission difficulties.The analysis results show that children's spending long time adapting to the kindergarten will increase the teachers' pressure,and children's bad behavior in the kindergarten will lead to differences of teachers' education philosophy and their behaviors.Grandparents' ideas of parenting are traditional and different from the teachers' education philosophy.Based on these conclusions the paper also puts forward some corresponding guidance strategies.
