摘要
农村幼儿园转岗教师的专业发展水平是制约学前教育事业发展的重要因素。依托《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》,对转岗教师专业发展的问题进行了调查,并提出要转变转岗教师的专业理念与师德、丰富专业知识、提升专业能力,从而达到"下得去、留得住""学的广、懂得多""教得好、长得高"的目标。
The professional development level of the rural career change teachers is an important factor restricting the development of preschool education.Relying on the professional standards of kindergarten teachers(trial),this study investigates the professional development of career change teachers,and puts forward strategies about transforming the professional concept and professional ethics,enriching professional knowledge,enhancing professional ability,so as to achieve the goals of changing career and staying long,learning and knowing more,improving high levels of teaching and developing.
