摘要
人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)的感染具有一定的特异性,巨噬细胞和其他宿主细胞对病毒感染的反应,调节蛋白的表达水平,蛋白的翻译和修饰,以及蛋白的细胞内定位和分泌都与之相关。因此,研究识别HIV调节的宿主蛋白是非常重要的。蛋白质组学因其高通量和高灵敏度而成为一种很好的技术。蛋白质组学的研究作为一种新的方法和思路指导研究者探寻蛋白质表达和HIV之间的相关性,中医药在治疗HIV方面已经取得良好的疗效,运用蛋白质组学的研究有助于揭示中医学的科学本质。
The infection of human immunodeficiency virus( HIV) has certain specificity. The response of macrophages and other host cells to viral infection,the regulation of protein expression,the translation and modification of proteins,and the intracellular localization of proteins and secretion are associated with it. Therefore,it is important to study the identification of HIV-regulated host proteins. Proteomics is an excellent technique for this purpose because of its high throughput and sensitivity. Proteomics research as a new method and idea to guide researchers to explore the relationship between protein expression and HIV. Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of HIV has achieved good results,the use of proteomics research to help reveal the scientific nature of medicine.
