摘要
获得性免疫缺陷综合征(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,AIDS)是感染人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)引起的以获得性细胞免疫功能缺陷为特征的传染性疾病。在抗HIV过程中,机体特异性T淋巴细胞介导的细胞免疫发挥着重要作用。其中,T细胞受体-抗原受体互补决定区(CDR3)与HIV抗原结合,介导T细胞免疫,通过对T细胞受体CDR3的测定来表征特定T细胞克隆扩增的程度,从而反映出T细胞的功能和状态,进一步为艾滋病的诊断、治疗及疫苗研制提供理论支持。
Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome( AIDS) is a disease that is characterized by the immunodeficiency caused by human immunodeficiency virus( HIV). In the process of anti-HIV virus,the specific T cell-mediated immune cells play an important role. The T cell receptors of complementary decision area 3( CDR3) binds to HIV antigen and mediates immune reactions of T cells. T cell amplification can be measured by sequencing of CDR3 which reflects the function and state of T cells. This provides theoretical support for AIDS diagnosis,treatment and vaccine development.
