中医扶正祛邪法联合更昔洛韦治疗婴幼儿巨细胞病毒性肺炎疗效观察

Efficacy of TCM Fuzhengquxie Method Combined with Ganciclovir in Treatment of Infantile Cytomegalovirus Pneumonia

目的:探讨中医扶正祛邪法联合更昔洛韦应用于婴幼儿巨细胞病毒性肺炎的治疗效果。方法:选取本院2014年3月-2016年3月收治的婴幼儿巨细胞病毒性肺炎患儿96例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各48例。对照组给予更昔洛韦治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予喜炎平注射液和玉屏风散治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗总有效率及治疗前后CRP和IgE水平。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的83.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患儿CRP和IgE水平均有降低,其中治疗组CRP和IgE水平明显低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将中医扶正祛邪联合更昔洛韦应用于婴幼儿巨细胞病毒性肺炎患儿的治疗中,可明显提高临床疗效,改善患儿C-反应蛋白(CRP)和免疫球蛋白水平,且临床用药安全,值得推广。

Objective：To discuss the efficacy of TCM Fuzhengquxie method combined with Ganciclovir in treatment of infantile Cytomegalovirus pneumonia.Method：96 cases with infantile Cytomegalovirus pneumonia treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,48 cases in each group.The control group was given Ganciclovir treatment,the treatment group was additionally given treatment of Xiyanping injection and Jade Screen Powder.The overall effective rate,the levels of CRP and IgE of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Result：The overall effective rate in the treatment group was 93.75% significantly higher than that in the control group of 83.33%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the levels of CRP and IgE in two groups were decreased,the levels of CRP and IgE in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the treatment of infantile Cytomegalovirus pneumonia,TCM Fuzhengquxie method combined with Ganciclovir can significantly improve clinical efficacy,improve CRP and IgE levels,it is safety and worthy of promotion.
