糖尿病伴发心律失常机制的研究进展

流行病学研究发现,至少70%以上的糖尿病患者死于心血管并发症,是非糖尿病患者心血管系统疾病病死率的2~3倍。糖尿病是心血管疾病的主要原因,导致大动脉和冠状动脉粥样硬化加重动脉粥样硬化的多种心血管并发症。越来越多的证据表明糖尿病也会增加心律失常的风险,这涉及到异常动作电位的传导和复极,由一个复杂的异常离子通道和电生理重构叠加在一起构成的自主神经失调的心肌病。本文章概述了糖尿病伴发心律失常病理生理机制的研究现状。

Epidemiological studies have found that at least 70% of diabetics die from cardiovascular complications, it’s 2-3 times as much as that mortality of cardiovascular system diseases in non-diabetic patients.Diabetes is the major cause of cardiovascular disease, accounting for the aorta and coronary atherosclerosis aggravate atherosclerosis a variety of cardiovascular complications.An increasing body of evidence suggests that diabetes may also increases the risk of arrhythmia,this involves the conduction and abnormal action potential,due to a complex and abnormal ion channels and superposition of electrophysiological remodeling together constitute the autonomic nerve disorder of cardiomyopathy.This article outlined the research status about diabetes accompanying pathophysiological mechanism of arrhythmia.
