港口与经济带物流互动发展模型及其互动策略研究

Research on Interactive Development Model and Interactive Strategies of Coastal Ports and the Economic Belt

国家"一带一路"战略、"十三五"规划的制定与实施,为江苏沿海港口与淮河经济带的发展带来了重大战略机遇,强化区域互动、资源共享成为未来发展的必然趋势。以物流行业为研究对象,基于同质子区域互动行为博弈模型剖析淮河经济带与江苏沿海港口互动发展过程中"囚徒困境"的成因,构建江苏沿海港口和淮河经济带互动发展的"KMRW声誉博弈"模型,以寻求纳什均衡突破点。据此提出将江苏沿海港口与淮河经济带视为完整体系,构建两区域间点轴驱动、双轮驱动等互动发展模式,加强政府政策引导,充分发挥区域经济互动效应等对策建议,为提升江苏沿海港口及淮河经济带竞争力,推动物流行业快速发展提供新的思路。

The formulation and implementation of the ＂ The Belt and Road＂ strategy and the ＂ thirteen-five＂ plan has brought great strategic opportunities for the development of coastal ports in Jiangsu and the Huaihe River economic belt. To strengthen regional interaction and resource sharing has become an inevitable trend of the future development. Taking the logistics industry as the research object,based on the homogeneous government interactive behavior game model to analysis the reasons that formed the ＂ Prisoner＇s Dilemma＂ of the development process of Huaihe River economic belt and Jiangsu coastal ports. Then the interactive development ＂ KMRW reputation game model＂ is proposed to seek the breakthrough point of Nash equilibrium. Finally,it regards the coastal ports of Jiangsu and Huaihe River economic belt as a complete system,to structure Jiangsu coastal port and its hinterland the Huaihe River economic belt interactive development model,such as axis drive,two wheel drive and so on,and strengthens the government policy guidance,gives full play to regional economy the interaction effect,to enhance the competitiveness of Jiangsu coastal ports and the Huaihe River economic belt to provide new ideas.
