摘要
随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市用地效率直接关系到人们的生活质量和可持续发展,对土地利用效率的研究具有重要现实意义。以武汉市为例,首先利用C^2R-DEA模型测算武汉市土地利用综合效率,并结合BC^2-DEA模型将综合效率分解为纯技术效率和规模效率,分析了武汉市土地利用情况与土地利用效率变化的原因。为了弥补C^2R-DEA和BC^2-DEA模型不能对有效的决策单元作进一步评价的不足,提出引入超效率DEA方法测算城市土地利用效率,以进一步分析城市土地利用效率的空间差异特征,并提出提高城市土地利用效率的建议和对策。
With the accelerating process of urbanization in our country,the urban land use efficiency influences the quality of human life and sustainable development. The C^2R-DEA model is put forward to measure the comprehensive efficiency of Wuhan,implying the BC^2-DEA model to decompose the comprehensive efficiency into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency for analyzing the urban land use efficiency and the source of the disparity. In order to make up a gap that C^2R-DEA and BC^2-DEA model cannot make further comments on effective decision making units,it proposes SE-DEA model to measure the urban land use comprehensive efficiency,then it can analyze the spatial difference of land use efficiency among the districts further,at last,it puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures and suggestions.
