我国绿色建筑发展影响因子分析

The Impact Factor Analysis of the Green Building Development in China

首先,采用了文献研究法总结出了24个影响我国绿色建筑推广的因子;其次,运用问卷调查法采集归纳了问卷调查对象影响因子重要程度的评分;最后,采用主成分分析法提取出了其中最关键的3个因子:绿色建筑成本、政府激励政策、节能环保意识。分析结果表明,在3个关键影响因子中,降低绿色建筑成本的策略能够最大程度地促进我国绿色建筑的发展。

At first,this paper adopts literature research summarizes 24 influence factor of China＇s green building promotion,then uses the questionnaire survey method to collect summarizes the survey object impact factor importance ratings,finally uses the principal component analysis（pca） to extract the three one of the most critical factor： green building cost,government incentives,energy conservation and environmental protection consciousness. Analysis results show that in the three key factors,to reduce the cost of the green building strategies can promote the development of green architecture in our country to the greatest extent.
