摘要
国际上将垃圾衍生燃料(Refuse Derived Fuel,以下简称"RDF")作为垃圾无害化、资源化、减量化的崭新途径,在水泥、发电等行业已有广泛应用。RDF热值受原料(热值、灰分、水份)、添加剂、成型压力等影响,其中又以水份对原料低位热值影响最大。本文通过对遵义市欣环垃圾处理有限责任公司开展的RDF制备过程中"干化"试验数据进行分析,对RDF"干化"整体状况、特点及工艺难点,提出主要问题及对策建议。
Internationally Refuse Derived Fuel (hereinafter referred to as n RDF” ) is taken as a n e wway of garbage harmless , resource recovery and reduction , and has been widely used in the c e m e n t,power generation and other industries. R D F calorific value is affected by rawue ,ash, water),additives,molding pressure and so o n,in which the water has the most effect onthe low calorific value of raw materials. This paper analyzed the " dry" testdataofRDFinZunyiXin- huan Wast^ Disposal C o. , Ltd. , and put forward the main problems andverall situation,characteristics and difficulties of RDF"drying" .
