摘要
啤酒的酿造要经过发酵、糖化等多个阶段,每一个阶段都有其独特的工艺,在啤酒酿造过程中,各种物质的变化也是极为丰富,这就为啤酒带来了不同的口感和丰富的营养价值。本文首先对瓶酒的营养价值进行分析,然后讨论啤酒的酿造和化学成分,最后阐述啤酒酿造及其化学成分与啤酒营养的关系,目的是进一步提高啤酒的品质和营养价值,使其为人们的生活带来更多的精彩。
