葡萄糖是一种重要的食品配料和药品,医学上已实现葡萄糖含量的快速、准确测试,但在复杂的食品体系中很难实现葡萄糖的快速、准确测试。本文摸索医用葡萄糖测试盒在复杂的食品体系中葡萄糖准确定量的方法,确定了方法的准确性、检测范围、常见物质干扰情况等,建立了一种快速、简便、无干扰的葡萄糖测试方法。

Glucose is an important food ingredient and medicine which has been scientifically, fast, accurate test in medical field. But it is difficult to achieve rapid and accurate testing in complex food systems. This paper explored a rapid test method in complex food system with medical glucose test box and the accuracy, detection range, the interference were also been discussed. Thus we established a fast, simple, non-interfering glucose test method.
