腹腔镜手术在早期子宫内膜癌中的临床应用

Clinical application of laparoscopic surgery in the early endometrial carcinoma.

目的:腹腔镜手术治疗早期子宫内膜癌的临床效果。方法:对76例早期子宫内膜癌患者,分别通过腹腔镜和开腹手术进行治疗,比较两组患者的术中及术后情况。结果:腹腔镜组在术中失血量、首次排气时间、术后疼痛评分、术后住院时间优于腹式组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腹腔镜组在手术时间、清除淋巴结个数与腹式组相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术具有术后恢复快,创伤小,手术安全性高,缩短住院时间的特点,具有广阔的前景和推广价值。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery treating early endometrial cancer.Methods：76 cases of patients were treated and were randomly divided into two groups.The laparoscopy group was given the laparoscopic surgery,while the open group was given the open surgery.Results：The laparoscopy group was better than the open group in the intraoperative blood loss、the first exhaust time、the pain score and the hospitalization time after operation（P〈0.05）.It was no significantly different from the two groups in the operation time and the number of dissected pelvic lymph nodes（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：laparoscopy surgery has the quick postoperative recovery、the small trauma and the great operation safety.It has vast prospect and expandable value.
