护理专案在脑卒中患者跌倒预防护理中的应用

Application of nursing project in fall prevention nursing care of stroke patients

目的:探讨护理专案在脑卒中患者跌倒预防护理中的应用效果。方法:我科于2015年6月开始实施跌倒预防护理专案,将护理专案实施前(2014年6月~2015年5月)收治的脑卒中患者450例设为对照组,将实施后2015年6月~2016年5月收治的脑卒中患者568例设为观察组,比较两组患者跌倒发生率、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分、质量监测相关指标落实及患者满意情况。结果:观察组跌倒发生率低于对照组;观察组患者预防跌倒知识知晓评分、依从性评分、BBS评分、ADL评分、满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Morse准确评估、正确交换班、环境安全、宣教落实率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理专案能明显提高脑卒中患者跌倒预防相关知识知晓程度及依从性,切实落实跌倒预防方法,能显著降低跌倒发生率。

Objective：To explore the application effect of nursing project in fall prevention nursing care of stroke patients.Methods：The implementation of fall prevention nursing project started in June 2015 in our department.A total of 450 stroke patients who were admitted to our hospital before the implementation of nursing project（June 2014-May 2015） were set as control group.A total of 568 stroke patients who were admitted after the implementation（June 2015-May 2016） were set as observation group.The incidence rate,Berg balance scale（BBS） score and ability of daily life（ADL） score,implementation of quality monitoring indicators,and patient satisfaction were compared.Results：The incidence of falls in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;fall prevention knowledge score,compliance score,BBS score,ADL score and satisfaction score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;Morse accurate assessment,right shifts,environmental safety,education implementation rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing project can significantly improve the awareness and compliance of fall prevention related knowledge,and effective implementation of fall prevention method can significantly reduce the incidence of falls.
