思维导图对急诊病房危重患者接诊流程的优化作用分析

Effect analysis of mind mapping on the optimization of admission process for critically ill patients in emergency wards

目的:探讨思维导图对急诊病房危重患者接诊流程的优化作用。方法:选取2014年7月~2017年5月我院急诊科住院的危重患者118例,随机等分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者接受思维导图优化了的接诊流程进行护理,对照组患者采用常规护理。比较两组患者的接诊效果。结果:观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的基础护理、专科护理以及病情处理合格的例数明显高于对照组,出现投诉以及接诊所用物品遗漏现象的例数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的分工、对于病情的评估以及护理方式的有效程度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:思维导图对于急诊病房的危重患者接诊流程进行了有效的优化,确保了患者的医疗安全,提升了护理质量,安全性较好,值得临床推荐应用。

Objective：To explore the effect of mind mapping on the optimization of admission process for critically ill patients in emergency wards.Methods：A total of 118 critically ill patients hospitalized in our emergency department from July 2014 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the observation group received nursing through admission process optimized by mind mapping,and those in the control group received conventional nursing.The admission effects of the two groups were compared.Results：The satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was of statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The numbers of qualified cases in basic nursing,specific nursing and treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the numbers of cases in complaints and admission items missing in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was of statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The division,condition evaluation and effectiveness of nursing methods in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was of statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Mind mapping can effectively optimize the admission process for critically ill patients in emergency wards,guarantee the medical safety of patients and improve nursing quality.It is safe and worthy of recommended clinical application.
