助产士分层授权管理对会阴侧切率与产房质量的影响

Influence of hierarchical empowerment management of midwives on episiotomy rate and delivery room quality

目的:探讨助产士分层授权管理对会阴侧切率和产房质量的影响。方法:回顾性分析我院914例初产妇的临床资料,根据实施助产士分层授权管理前后分为对照组463例,观察组451例,对比实施助产士分层授权管理前后的产房质量指标及产妇满意情况。结果:两组比较,观察组产妇的会阴侧切率、产后出血率、会阴血肿率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组产妇的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:助产士分层授权管理可以有效降低会阴侧切率,提高产房服务质量,具有较高的临床意义,有利于护理工作的改进。

Objective：To explore the influence of hierarchical empowerment management of midwives on episiotomy rate and delivery room quality.Methods：A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 914 cases of primipara and according to the implementation of hierarchical empowerment management of midwives,the primiparas were divided into control group of 463 cases and observation group of 451 cases.The quality indexes of delivery rooms and maternal satisfaction were compared before and after the implementation of hierarchical empowerment management of midwives.Results：The maternal episiotomy rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate and perineal hematoma rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The maternal satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The hierarchical empowerment management of midwives can effectively reduce episiotomy rate and improve the quality of delivery service,which has high clinical significance and is conducive to the improvement of nursing work.
