精细化护理干预配合心理安慰在肿瘤患者行PET-CT检查中的应用

Application of fine nursing intervention combined with psychological comfort in PET-CT examination of tumor patients

目的:探讨精细化护理干预配合心理安慰在肿瘤患者行PET-CT检查中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年5月~2017年3月我院收治的行PET-CT检查的肿瘤患者266例,将其随机等分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用精细化护理干预配合心理安慰,比较两组患者检查时间、重复检查率、检查合格情况、检查配合情况、满意度。结果:观察组患者平均检查时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),重复检查率低于对照组(P<0.05),图像合格率、检查配合率及检查满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精细化护理干预配合心理安慰应用于肿瘤患者行PET-CT检查中可缩短检查时间,提高检查质量与检查满意度。

Objective：To explore the application effect of fine nursing intervention combined with psychological comfort in PET-CT examination of tumor patients.Methods：A total of 266 tumor patients with PET-CT examination admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to March 2017 were selected and randomly and equally divided into observation group and control group.The patients of the control group were treated with routine nursing,and the patients of the observation group were treated with fine nursing intervention combined with psychological comfort.The examination time,repeated examination rate,qualified examination,examination cooperation and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results：The average examination time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The repeated examination rate was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The image qualified rate,examination cooperation rate and satisfaction were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：F nursing intervention combined with psychological comfort can shorten the examination time and improve examination quality and satisfaction in the PET-CT examination of the tumor patients.
