中老年腰椎间盘突出症患者的中医平衡罐治疗及护理干预

Traditional Chinese medicine balance cupping therapy and nursing intervention for middle-aged and elderly patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc

目的:探讨中医平衡罐治疗中老年腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及护理干预措施。方法:将2013年1月~2016年10月符合纳入、排除标准的80例中老年腰椎间盘突出症患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行中医平衡罐治疗并配合护理干预,对比两种不同方案的治疗效果,并分别于干预前后对患者临床症状、腰椎功能及生命质量进行评分,比较其改善情况。结果:干预前,两组患者症状、腰椎功能及生命质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疗程结束后,观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组;且观察组患者临床症状、腰椎功能及生命质量评分的改善程度均较对照组明显;同时,观察组治疗满意度高于对照组,且观察组无复发病例,而对照组6例,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西药基础上给予中医平衡罐治疗及护理干预,对腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床症状及体征具有协同改善作用。

Objective：To explore the clinical effects and nursing intervention measures of traditional Chinese medicine balance cupping therapy for middle-aged and elderly patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods：A total of 80 middle-aged and elderly patients with the relevant inclusion and exclusion criteria from January 2013 to October 2016 were randomly and equally divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine treatment.The observation group received the traditional Chinese medicine balance cupping therapy and nursing intervention,based on the routine treatment in the control group.The treatment effects of the two plans were compared.The clinical symptoms,lumbar function and quality of life before the intervention and after were scored and the improvement were compared.Results：Before the intervention,the difference in the scores of symptoms,lumbar function and quality of life in the two groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）;after the treatment course,the clinical symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group;the improvement in the scores of clinical symptoms,lumbar function and quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group;at the same time,the satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the observation group had no recurrence while the control group had 6 recurrences,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Based on conventional western medicine,Traditional Chinese medicine balance cupping therapy and nursing intervention can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
