摘要 苯甲酸是羧基与苯环碳原子直接相连的最简单芳香酸,近年来开始在饲料养殖业中应用。苯甲酸一般在摄入后24 h内可完全代谢排出体外,不会造成体内累积;并且因其独特的抑菌效果而受到研究者越来越多的关注。文章总结了苯甲酸在动物体内代谢途径、抑菌机理以及在畜禽饲料中的应用效果。 Benzoic acid is the simplest aromatic acid, carboxyl directly linked to the carbon atom of the phenyl ring. Benzoic acid excreted in 24 h after ingestion, no accumulation in vivo, and has attracted more and more attention on unique bacteriostatic effect. This paper reviewed the metabolism in vivo, the antimicrobial effects and influence on animal growth performance of benzoic acid. This review aimed to make deeper understanding of the nutritional and physiological functions of benzoic acid.
